FISHING IN THE COUNTRY OF ALLEVARD
Fishing is practiced in many rivers, lake and mountain lakes located at over 2000 m altitude in the heart of the Alps Belledonne.
Les Sept Laux form a succession of a dozen lakes. Paradise for hikers and fishermen, there are several access to get there: from Allevard through Fond de France or Allemont. Count 5 to 6 hours walking round trip.
The scenery is beautiful and lakes, reflecting azure cielemmènent fishermen and hikers in another world of wide open spaces, quiet and fresh air.
These mountain lakes are open to fishing the last Saturday in May at the close of the first category 2nd Saturday of October.
You can catch minnows but mainly brown trout and rainbow, the arctic char and christivomers (char knight Canada) through various techniques such as minnow handled, fishing in the English or to fly for blow in the evening.
If you had planned to stay several days on the site, you have the choice of camp (in tents or under the stars) or comfort in the refuge of the 7 Laux at 2135 m in elevation between the lakes and Carré Cottepens

The country is divided between Allevard 3 AAPPMA réciprocitaires:

The opening of the fishery is scheduled for 14 March 2009 to 11 October 2009 in 1st class
and from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009 in the second category.
Fishing in mountain lakes is open between May 30 and 11 October 2009.
The price of annual card is 70 € for the year 2009.
The discovery of up to 12 years and costs € 5
The permit minors (12 to 18 years) and costs 15 €
New: Female Annual Permits discovery and costs 30 €
It is possible to take one day at a price of 10 €
the holiday card valid for 15 consecutive days in 1st and 2nd category in the period 1st June to 31 December 2009 and costs 31 €
The minimum size of the catch is:
23 cm for trout, arctic char and salmon trout
35 cm for cristivomer
50 cm for pike in the second category
The number of prize is limited to 6 salmon per day per fisherman.
The number of lines is limited to one in 1st class, 4 lines in seconds.
At Lake flumet are allowed 2 lines and 1 line to the dam EDF of curtillard.
Remind fishermen that Bréda throughout crossed Allevard
is in store for 5 years (fishing prohibited prefectoral Order No. 2005-14818 of 7/12/2005)
