Orientation Route

The orientation routes in Allevard-les-Bains are among the must-see. Whether to take up a challenge, do an outdoor activity or simply enjoy a moment together, the orientation routes represent a real moment of sharing.

The route in the village

The orientation route in the heart of the village is ideal for children.

11 stages, a circuit of 2.5 km and 1 hour of walking which allows visiting the centre of Allevard-les-Bains, and discovering its heritage. Questions are attached to the signposts to learn more. As for the adult route, there are no questions to answer, but it does contain cultural information. A good way to discover the history and heritage of Allevard-les-Bains.

Around the Lac de la Mirande

Only a few kilometres away from Allevard-les-Bains, the orientation route of the Mirande lake is a must. It includes 11 signposts, requires 30 minutes and is 1 km long. This orientation route is a purely sporting route. It does not include any cultural notions, but it is nevertheless an enriching excursion in the middle of nature. In summer, it will be all the more pleasant to enjoy the coolness of the lake and the trees or to have a picnic before going on the orientation route.

In the Collet resort

The Collet station, a few kilometres away from Allevard-les-Bains, offers another environment for its 2 orienteering routes. Small paths, forest or border passages, it is a more rural terrain that awaits you on these routes at the station du Collet. The green route of an easy level is 1.5 km long, is done in 30 minutes and has 7 signposts. For the blue route on the other hand, it takes 1 hour, 2.5 km for 11 signposts to be found.
